Macel & Company understands that in today’s busy world, people desire products that make their lives easier and take less “prep” time to use.  While we are pleased to showcase our easy care 100% Polyester fabric, (produced exclusively for us with a stain guard finish) we are also happy to offer other beautiful blends and textures of fabrics.  We simply have something for everyone!  Please, we want you to enjoy and use your products for years to come, so take just a minute and review our specific care instructions for each of the individual fabric lines we offer.

100% Polyester – Machine wash cold, low dry, warm iron if necessary.  Our most popular!  For busy moms like ourselves, this is a simple, yet elegant fabric solution with such easy care instructions it cant be beat!  It mixes beautifully with other textures and has a soft luxurious feel unlike most polyesters you’ll find out in the market place today.  

25% Poly/75% Cotton Twill – Machine wash cold, low or line dry, warm iron if desired.  Another popular blend with a more “home decorator” feel.  It has the soft cotton twill appearance, but with the right amount of polyester blend and a stain guard finish.  This is wonderful for everyday use, or for a quick pulled together office look!

100% Jute (Burlap) – Spot or dry clean only, warm iron if desired.  Please keep in mind Jute is a natural fiber and discoloration of a few threads is considered normal. Jute will relax after being unpackaged and laid on the table awhile.  Another fun solution to keep things from being blah and boring!  A perfect way to add that right amount of texture to your dining event or office look.

100% Cotton & 100% Cotton Twill -  Machine wash cold, line dry, warm iron.  Simple, clean and classic.  For those that love the pure feeling of cotton and enjoy the subtle texture it provides.  Cotton prints are just fun to use, and if you opt for the cotton twill you’ll enjoy the subtle texture the twill grain provides.  

100% linen – Dry clean only.  Linen has been around for ages, being used on tabletops for generations as a classic tabletop choice.  Our patriotic Old Glory is something you’ll want to use year round, and you can with our beautiful color choices; cream, oatmeal or antique.

Dark Denim 75% Cotton, 25% Polyester -  Machine wash cold, line dry, warm iron if desired.  Our dark denim is so versatile its like your favorite pair of jeans.  The dark color can be casual, or it can easily be dressed up!  Our favorite is to combine it with a crisp white Eva Basic or use a burlap, or linen topper over it.  Anyway you use this denim, it will look fabulous everytime!

Macel’s Tips & Solutions:

  • For our 100% Polyester fabric, removing any wrinkles is a cinch…just throw it in the dryer on low heat with a damp towel and they come out looking great. Place on table immediately and smooth for a party ready look!
  • For all products, if ironing is desired, simply place Basic or Topper on table, fold up side needing to be ironed and iron directly on the table top. A dry towel can also be placed on tabletop under side if necessary.
  • For quick folding; use the tabletop, put basic or topper right side down, simply fold over edges repeating on all four corners until you have a square or rectangle.  Fold again into thirds, and over again until you have the desired size to fit back into the bag.  See our quick “How –to reference” on refolding your products.
